Do you give free estimates for watch repair in Mississauga?

Yes. Service estimates are free. If you decide not to proceed, there is no charge.

Can I mail a watch in from anywhere in Canada?

Yes. Drop-off and pick-up in Mississauga are by appointment. Mail-in service is accepted from anywhere in Canada.

Is there a warranty on repairs?

Completed repairs carry a 3-month warranty.

Do you need photos to value a watch?

Yes. The free evaluation and valuation report needs photos of the watch, including the movement if the case can be opened.

Do I approve the work before a full service?

Yes. You approve the work before the movement is opened for a full service.

What watches do you service?

American pocket watches above all, including Waltham, Elgin, Hamilton, Illinois and railroad-grade pieces, plus Swiss pocket watches and vintage mechanical wristwatches, including chronographs.

What if the watch needs parts you cannot get?

If a job needs parts that cannot be sourced, or a specialist the bench is not, you will be told that instead of the watch being taken in.

How do I ask for an estimate?

Use the contact form and include the service request. Send photos of the movement, dial, case and any damage by text or email. Drop-off in Mississauga is by appointment, or the watch can be shipped.

Do you repair clocks?

Clocks are accepted when the job fits the bench. Send photos with the enquiry and you will be told whether it can be taken in.
